Terms & Conditions – Landscape Photography Workshops
1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.

Payment secures your place on the workshop and allows us to plan locations, transport, and equipment.
2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable, as we will have already arranged travel, locations, and resources.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness). In this case, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.
3. Travel

For group and 1-to-1 workshops, travel from a central meeting point is included.

Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the participant. We strongly recommend obtaining cover for personal accidents, cancellations, or delays.
4. Equipment

Cameras and tripods are provided for beginners’ workshops.

Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment.

Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their own equipment during the workshop.
5. Clothing and Preparation

Workshops take place outdoors in all weathers. Participants are advised to wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear, including layers, waterproofs, and sturdy shoes.

Sun protection (hat, sunscreen) is recommended in summer, and warm clothing, gloves, and hats in colder months.

We may be walking on uneven terrain, so please ensure you are physically able to participate.
6. Liability

Participants attend workshops at their own risk.

The workshop leader is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Every effort will be made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.
7. Photography and Use of Images

The workshop leader may take photos during the workshop for promotional purposes.

Participants’ images remain their own, unless permission is granted to use them for marketing purposes.
8. Weather

Outdoor photography is weather dependent. We may adjust locations or timing to make the most of conditions.

Workshops run rain or shine, so please come prepared for the elements.
9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the environment, local communities, and wildlife.

Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
